Issue Signing in to Your Como Account


As Como has expanded, we're pleased to introduce Como Premium—our new CLM (Customer Loyalty Management) solution. This robust loyalty and engagement platform includes automation tools, actionable business insights, smart targeting, and more.

To sign in to your regular account, click SIGN IN and then click COMO DIY - APP MAKER.


If you cannot sign in to your account, try changing your password or clearing your browser cache.

To change your password:

  1. Click Forgot your password? to reset your account password.

  2. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password and instructions to create a new one.

To clear your browser cache:

Google Chrome

Before you clear your cache, check to see if you can sign in to your Como account using an incognito window by clicking the Chrome menu and selecting New incognito window.

If you are able to sign in using the incognito window, then clear your browser cache:

  1. Click the Chrome menu and select Tools > Clear browsing data.

  2. Select the relevant check-boxes.

  3. Select beginning of time.

  4. Click Clear browsing data.


  1. Click Menu > History and then select Clear Recent History.

  2. Select Everything in the Time Range to clear drop-down menu.

  3. Click the arrow next to Details.

  4. Select Cookies and Cache.

  5. Click Clear Now.

Internet Explorer

  1. Click Safety and select Delete browsing history.

  2. Select Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.

  3. Click Delete.
